Title: MAME per Windows 7

Tanti anni fa ero aggiornato sul mondo dell'emulazione e ci smanettavo alla grande.
Ora non più.

Considerando che sono un decerebrato informatico, qualche anima pia può consigliarmi:

- Un MAME buono per Windows 7 (cercando in rete trovo fottamila versioni e non ci capisco niente);
- Dove trovare un romset abbondante e compatibile per il succitato MAME?
