fibrilla = come se vibrasse senza pero' sparare il sangue nell'aorta quindi anche se "eppur si muove" di fatto non funziona, senza contare  anche il calo di pressione improvviso  :nono:

ho idea che con una coltellata ci sarebbe un arresto immediato.

il primo intervento riuscito a cuore aperto della storia della medicina comunque e' stato fatto alla fine della seconda guerra mondiale su un soldato americano con una pallottola nel cuore appunto.
