dollyo= circolare, bandae= all'indietro, ciaghi= calcio

notevole anche la finta di mano fuori dal campo visivo e poi il calcio in faccia (minuto 2:30) molto astuto!  :sur:

già ho difficoltà a ricordare la terminologia jap, figurati col coreano  XD

a parte un tnx per le informazioni, ho notato anch'io alcune strategie singolari, che penso siano funzionali non solo al tdk ma un po' a tutti gli sport calciopugnanti  :)

per il prossimo sparring devo attendere un attimo, prima devo rimuovere panza e ruggine. comunque, escludo di riuscire a portare un calcio girato oltre l'altezza anche  :dis:

Si vabbè tanto non pensare che sia bravo una volta forse ma adesso é gia tanto se alzo la gamba all'altezza della vita.

col destro arrivo ancora oltre la mia testa col sinistro dovrei provare, il grande problema e' il fiato e la resistenza, senza allenamento dopo 3-4 azioni si ha gia' il fiatone  :nono:

mi ricordo che facevo molta piu' fatica a fare tkd agonistico piuttosto che la scherma  :thsit:
